Nearly 7,000 Pounds of Uninspected Raw Meat Recalled from 8 States

The problem was discovered on Monday when a clerical worker looked at records and found that the company lacked inspection on March 24, according to an FSIS recall notice.

These products bear the establishment number “EST. 34715” inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The recalled meat was shipped to locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.

If you purchased any of the above products, you should not consume them and either discard them immediately or return them to the point of purchase for a full refund.

To date, no food poisoning illnesses or other injuries have been associated with the recall, FSIS said.
