$38 Million Depakote Birth Defect Lawsuit Survives Appeal
A judge in St. Louis has upheld a $38 million payout to a 12 year-old girl who is severely disabled by birth defects caused by Depakote, an anti-seizure drug associated with a 2,060% higher risk of spina bifida.
