The recall affects Coldwater Creek snow globes with reindeer or a snowman inside, according to the CPSC Recall Notice. To date, the company has received at least one report of a snow globe that damaged property.

Affected snowglobes include:

    • The reindeer snow globe (style 13826, model number XC7484), which features 2 white reindeer inside and a brown and cream base with a wind-up key at the bottom.
    • The Vintage Charm snow globe (style 13660, model number 3WGL120), which has a silver snowman inside and a silver base.

The style numbers are the 9th through 14th digits printed on the price label. Model number can be found on the product’s packaging.

The recalled snow globes were sold at Coldwater Creek stores across the U.S. and online from October 2017-December 2017 for about $40.

Consumers who purchased a recalled snow globe should stop using it immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

To date, no injuries have been associated with the recall, CPSC said.
