Kawasaki issued the recall for its Mule Pro MX 700 EPS after determining that the vehicle’s oil cooler hoses can separate and the fuel tank cap gasket can crack, allowing fuel to leak out, according to WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News.

To date, the company has received at least 7 reports of the Kawasaki Mule catching fire and being damaged, although no injuries have been reported.

If you own one of the Kawasaki Mule Pro MX 700 EPS all-terrain vehicles being recalled, you should stop using it immediately and contact your local dealership to schedule a free repair.

You can reach Kawasaki toll free from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday at 866-802-9381 or online at www.Kawasaki.com and click on “Recalls” for more information.
