In response to a massive nationwide recall of fresh vegetables by Mann Packing Co. due to a risk of Listeria, Taher Inc. has recalled certain Fresh Seasons Kitchen Veggie & Ranch Cups.

This recall only affects the 7.5-ounce Fresh Seasons Kitchen Veggie & Ranch Cup containing cauliflower that was sold between October 30, 2019 and November 4, 2019 in cafeterias and vending machines in Minnesota.

The cup has a UPC number of 8 10106 020334 and a sell-by date of November 11, 2019.

No illnesses have been linked to the recalls by Mann Packing Co. or Taher, Inc. These vegetable products were recalled voluntarily “out of an abundance of caution,” according to the recall notice.

Infections with Listeria monocytogenes can be very serious and sometimes fatal. Pregnant women who are infected may show no symptoms, but suffer a miscarriage, stillbirth, or premature delivery.

In healthy adults, the short-term symptoms of a Listeria infection may include high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea or other gastrointestinal symptoms.
