Little Giant Recalls 3.7M Ladders for Fall Hazard After 19 Injuries

Little Giant Ladder Systems has recalled about 3,662,000 ladders with Rapid Locks because the ladders can suddenly retract if the locks are not fully engaged. There were 19 reports of injuries, including traumatic brain injuries and skull fractures.
