Arizer Solo III Vaporizers Recalled for Fire Hazard

Arizer recalled about 5,000 Solo III portable vaporizers after reports of "thermal events" involving the internal lithium-ion battery, including reports of fires and venting. The defect poses fire and burn hazards and a risk of serious injury or death.
