Guidecraft Recalls 25,000 Toddler Towers for Fall Hazard

Guidecraft recalled about 25,235 kitchen-helper toddler towers because the platform in the tower can loosen over time and detach, which poses a fall hazard to young children. The CPSC has received 11 reports of children falling, including 3 injuries.
